These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bali Yoga Journey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Bali Yoga Journey offers yoga sessions, meditation, breathwork, Qigong, sound healing, and related wellness activities (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice or treatment.

2. Eligibility

By participating in our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance to secure your reservation.
  • Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    Late cancellations or failure to attend (“no-show”) may result in forfeiture of the full payment.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.

5. Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

  • You acknowledge that participation in yoga and wellness activities involves inherent physical and mental risks.
  • You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate.
    You agree to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the session.
  • Bali Yoga Journey shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Services, except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bali Yoga Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

7. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, branding, and media provided by Bali Yoga Journey are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
